P/P Photoweek: Burning Nettle, leaf edge (VII.11.2005)

burning nettle, leaf

Burning Nettle, leaf edge
. . . (Urtica dioica)  Native to North America.
Notice how the teeth on the margin seem to 'spin out' at a certain ratio,
becoming in a very elegant way larger and wider apart. I like to use
similar geometrical movements or rhythms in my music.
(green = sound; open interval = silence.)
