Redpine Cone, double spiral . . . (Pinus resinosa) A North
American native.
I love this kind of fold-within-fold, or composite, structure.
In my music, I like
to features these proportions rhythmically, with braided movements
which become
in a spiral-like manner slower and faster in relationship to one another.
IMAGE: The cone of the Redpine has a signature broad, flat,
base.
